Quiet hours 11pm-9am 5. Room can only be reserved for ONE guest. No infants 6. Please turn off lights in the room when you leave 7. No SMOKING inside the home

Private half bath attached to room. Full bathroom with shower is shared between 2 other guest. Bathroom is cleaned before and after all guest check in/out. Additional guests staying at the house will only be allowed upon request, and given permission. - Quiet hours are 11pm-9am. - Pets are not allowed - For stays exceeding 7 days there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 per week to cover the extra cleaning and maintenance required for extended use. This fee is in additional to the standard nightly rate and is required to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guest - NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME - $200 violation fee will be charged
